United emerge as favourites ahead of neighbours City to land shock deal for the old Liverpool goal king
THE odds on Luis Suarez making a shock move to Manchester United have been slashed to 4/1.
It seems the former Liverpool star could be set for a return to the Premier League sooner rather than later.
For Uruquayan hitman Suarez, 29, is also 6/1 to join Pep Guardiola’s revolution at Manchester City.

Suarez left Liverpool for Barcelona in 2014 for £75million.
Having almost nailed the Premier League title for the Reds under Brendan Rodgers, he joined forces with the mercurial Lionel Messi and Neymar to form the most potent attacking triumvirate in world football.
Suarez himself has fired 63 goals in 69 La Liga starts and has piled in another 31 goals from 38 appearances in other competitions.
Now Ladbrokes are indicating that the Barca strike force, preparing for to tonight's Champions League date with City at The Etihad, is about to be broken up.
And that the man infamous for biting Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic and Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini is about to become a surprise recruit for Jose Mourinho's beleaguered United.
Ladbrokes News’ Dave Burin said: “Suarez’s transformation from pantomime villain to terrace hero at Old Trafford would surely mark football’s craziest ever transfer saga.
"But the bookies reckon the sublime striker could sink his teeth into football with Mourinho’s men.”
An emotional return to Liverpool is priced at 10/1, while another of Suarez’s former employers – Ajax – are priced at 6/1.
