Villarreal are interested in taking him to Spain after being alerted to Bazan Vera having a European passport which will allow him to move from South America without a work permit.
Scouts have compared him to fellow Argie youngster Paulo Dybala, who moved to Juventus a year ago after moving to Palermo as an 18-year-old.
He is the nephew of Daniel Bazan Vera, who has scored more than 300 goals in Argentinian club football and has played into his 40s.
Bazan Vera Jr will only cost a minimal fee to bring him over to Europe from Velez due to his age.
