ARSENAL can finally end the heartbreak of 12 years without winning the Premier League by doing it this season.
That's the opinion of SunSport's Martin Lipton, as he spoke on this week's Sun Football podcast,
The Gunners are currently in second spot in the league table, tied on the same number of points as leaders Manchester City.

But with Pep Guardiola's side now six without a win in all competitions, Arsenal's solid form has made them new title-favourites with many.
And Arsene Wenger will be looking for another three points on Saturday, as they travel to take on bottom club Sunderland.
"This is Arsenal’s chance to win the league, they’ve got a real shout," said Lipton.
"They underachieved last season, that was a league they should have won.
"If there’s ever going to be a season where Guardiola doesn’t have his full imprint on Manchester City, it’s this season."
Looking at Arsenal's opponents on Saturday, Lipton didn't mince his words.
"Sunderland are beyond shambolic, they are as bad a team as I’ve seen in the Premier League," he added.
"As a measure of how bad Sunderland are, they’ve got rid of Younes Kaboul and got worse!"

Lipton's colleague Thomas Sheen also chipped in during the discussion, giving his reasons as to why Sunderland are struggling so much.
"There are so many problems in the team and the squad," he said.
"Defoe suddenly looks old after he had a bit of a rejuvenated spell last season. Defensively they are terrible, midfield's not much better.
"I think their transfer policy is a scatter-gun approach to buying players, they buy foreign talent, they pay big money, but they are always players you feel don't want to be at Sunderland, they want to be there for six months, or a year, prove themselves as decent players, and move on."
