West Ham violence: 200 fans to receive Olympic Stadium bans after shocking Chelsea clashes
Just seven arrests were made but more could follow after fans fought towards the end of the Hammers' 2-1 EFL Cup victory
WEST HAM are set to ban 200 fans following football's violence shame inside the Olympic Stadium.
The Hammers have the drastic step in the hope of stopping a repeat of the disgraceful scenes by locking out the staggering number of fans - many of which could face LIFE bans.
They vowed to take action last night following the shameful clashes between home and away fans towards the end their EFL Cup game with Chelsea.

FA chiefs are investigating the crowd trouble, but the Hammers are likely to escape punishment.
Hundreds of fans clashed in the concourse of the Sir Trevor Brooking Stand as missiles flew threw the air, with an eight-year-old hit by one coin and a Blues fan left with blood pouring from his head.
Police and stewards battled to keep the rivals apart.
The clubs will only be punished if there is clear evidence that correct security procedures were not followed.

Given the pre-match fears over the potential for trouble, FA investigators are expecting to find that all possible precautions were taken.
Boss Slaven Bilic has since described the scenes as "unacceptable", while an MP has called for Hammers games to be played behind closed doors.
West Ham said in a statement: "West Ham United and London Stadium are finalising the identification of 200 individuals who will receive stadium bans having been involved in incidents of disorder during West Ham’s EFL cup victory over Chelsea.
"Rapid progress has been made in the investigation with extensive CCTV footage being shared with West Ham United, London Stadium partners, the Metropolitan Police and Chelsea Football Club.
"Banning notifications will be issued for offences ranging from the use of abusive and offensive language to missile throwing. In line with our zero tolerance policy, all those involved will receive a seasonal or lifetime ban depending on the severity of the offence.
"All stakeholders are united in their determination to pursue not only stadium bans but also criminal prosecutions against any individual found to be involved in incidents of disorder, where the evidence merits this."
