Young striking sensation bags his 15th goal of the season for Scottish giants in front of watching Old Trafford eyes at Ross County

MANCHESTER UNITED are monitoring the progress of hotshot Celtic striker Moussa Dembele.

A talent spotter from the Red Devils was deployed to Ross County on Wednesday to run the rule over the young Frenchman.

And the 20-year-old did not disappoint as he grabbed a late goal during the Hoops’ 4-0 victory – despite starting on the bench.

The former Fulham frontman has bagged 15 goals so far this season, including the winner in Sunday’s Old Firm victory over bitter rivals Rangers.

United scout Stephen McCarthy was in attendance at the Global Energy Stadium to watch the rising star.

He only joined the club last summer following his emergence through the academy and into the first-team at Fulham.

But it appears his stay in Glasgow will only be short-lived if his exploits in front of goal continue as his list of admirers grows by the day.
