WITH the 2016-17 season now well underway, league tables across Europe are beginning to take shape, with some surprising results.
Just one point separates the top five in the Premier League with both Manchester clubs cooling down after their hot starts while Liverpool are unbeaten in ten matches in all competitions.
But which clubs are the most in-form teams in Europe's Big Five leagues - the Premier League, La Liga, the Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Serie A - through the last six matches?

Out of all the sides in all the leagues, it is Jurgen Klopp's who top the pile, with 16 points from their last six league games.
They've won five and drawn one, netting an impressive 15 goals and conceding just five in that run.
Mario Balotelli's Nice incredibly come in second, with the same amount of points and goal difference, second only based on goals scored, with 14.
Arsene Wenger and his Arsenal troops round off the top three, also with 16 points, having scored 13 goals in that run.
Of the three La Liga entries in the top ten, it is surprise package Villarreal who take fourth, with 14 points - four wins and two draws - from their six games.

Tottenham are the Premier League's third entry on the list, coming in seventh with 14 points and a +8 goal difference, with Hoffenheim slightly further back with +6.
The top ten are rounded out by Spanish giants Barcelona and Atletico Madrid - both of whom have 13 points and a +13 goal difference.
