Former Cheslea defender Jason Cundy insists title challenge now for the Blues is too soon
Former Chelsea defender Jason Cundy has told Antonio Conte to forget winning the title and concentrate on a top four finish
CHELSEA are not Premier League title contenders yet, but could be if they keep playing the way they did against Manchester United. That's according to former Blues defender Jason Cundy.
Antonio Conte's men made it a miserable and humiliating return to Stamford Bridge for Jose Mourinho who was dismissed by Roman Abramovich last year.

Goals from Pedro, Gary Cahill, Eden Hazard and N'Golo Kante sealed a famous win for the Blues who are just a point off the top of the table.
But despite drubbing United, Cundy exclusively told SunSport Chelsea should concentrate on Champions League qualification.
"I think in all honesty a top four finish has to be the priority. Yes it is still tight at the top and a long way to go and if Chelsea are solid the way they were against United and create the chances they have been then i might review it. But at the moment it a bit too soon to say they are title contenders."
"The performance against United has been a long time coming, Conte has changed it from a flat back four to three at the back. Something had to change as we were conceding too many goals, especially against Leicester in the League Cup, Arsenal and Liverpool at home" Cundy added.
Cundy has been impressed with the way Conte has reshaped the Chelsea back line to his preferred system of three centre backs without too much disruption.
"It was a bit rusty at first against Hull but since then, we have looked good but not compromised out attacking strengths as well. We actually looked better going forward with Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso playing the wing back roles brilliantly" he added.
"And Cesar Azplilucueta has slotted in at centre back as if he's played there all his life. David Luiz who I wasn't a fan of him returning has been magnificent."
