Chelsea fans go wild on Twitter at the prospect of Michael Emenalo being sacked
Technical director could be replaced, with boss Antonio Conte said to favour Roma transfer guru Walter Sabatini
CHELSEA fans reacted with glee to suggestions that technical director Michael Emenalo's time at the club is up.
Reports in Italy suggest former Roma transfer guru Walter Sabatini is heading to Stamford Bridge to replace him.
And Twitter went wild at the prospect...

Antonio Conte was said to be keen on the idea, along with many Chelsea fans would be delighted with the change.
Retired Nigerian international Emenalo has wielded enormous power since becoming technical director.
But the way in which Jose Mourinho’s sacking was carried out, with Emanelo reckoned to have betrayed the Portuguese, left a bitter taste in the mouth for many Blues followers.
Add in the chaotic loan system Emanelo has overseen, and the lack of graduation from the academy, then it’s easy to see why he has few admirers outside of his inner circle.

Neither did Emenalo win the fans back this summer as he failed to sign a world renowned striker to support Diego Costa.
Earlier this year Sabatini denied previous reports of a move to Chelsea, citing his ‘terrible’ English as a reason not to head to the Premier League.
And it seems these dissenting Chelsea fans won't get there way.
For although it is understood Conte would like to find a way to work with Sabatini, credited with the emergence of Miralem Pjanic, Erik Lamela and Radja Nainggolan at Roma, a Chelsea spokesman dismissed suggestions that he will replace Emenalo as "utter nonsense".
