MANCHESTER UNITED are selling more shirts than any other team in the world.
The Red Devils sold on average 1,750,000 a year between 2011 and 2016, according to a study by consultancy Marketing PR.
That compares very favourably to noisy neighbours Manchester City, who could only muster 342,000 over the same period.

Only Real Madrid came close to United, selling just 100,000 less.
Elsewhere, Barcelona sold 1.278m and Bayern Munich 1.2m.
Chelsea (899,000), are fifth in the list with Liverpool (852,000) sixth and and Arsenal (835,000) seventh.

Next come Paris St Germain on 526,000 and Juventus on 452,000.
Dr Rohlmann, a veteran analyst who has authored a number of in-depth studies into kit supply deals and sales by Europe’s elite clubs, has not been surprised by the staggering figures.
“Generally, the sales of replica shirts have increased at a constant growth rate," he said.
"Football jerseys are more popular than ever and their attractive designs increasingly mean fans want to wear them away from match days."
