HARRY REDKNAPP cannot believe he is still in the discussion for the England manager's job.
BT Sport presenter Jake Humphrey quoted the former Spurs boss as being 22/1 to get the gong.
But Redknapp replied: "I'm probably 22,000/1 really. I think that would be more realistic.
"You've got as much chance as me Jake, it would be evens between me and you."
The man who led Portsmouth to the FA Cup backed Gareth Southgate for the job, but it wasn't exactly a ringing endorsement.
He said: "Give it to Gareth, keep messing around, let him have a go. Say 'you've got it for 3 or 4 years'.
"Get some good coaches around him, bring some good people into work with him. Let's see what he can do."
However Redknapp added that he is totally disillusioned with international football.
Rubbing his hands with delight at the return of the Premier League, he said: "We don't win anything!
"We qualify, we beat all these teams, 10 out of 10 we win. We get to the tournament - useless.
