MANCHESTER CITY rising star Bersant Celina is being chased by Borussia Dortmund.

German scouts have been monitoring the Kosovo international while on loan at FC Twente.

The 20-year-old caught the eye at the Dutch club after scoring in his first three games.

Celina has a long-term contract at the Etihad and boss Pep Guardiola is known to be a fan after arriving in the summer.

But Dortmund may tempt the youngster with a path to playing more regular first-team football.

In August Celina was caught drink-driving in his Mercedes following a row with his girlfriend.

The midfielder was banned from driving and fined after being caught one-and-a-half times over the legal alcohol limit.

Celina made his Manchester City debut as a substitute last season playing 13 minutes in a 3-1 defeat against Leicester.
