Liverpool vs Manchester United team news: Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Luke Shaw, Adam Lallana, Dejan Lovren and Georginio Wijnaldum are doubts
LUKE SHAW and Henrikh Mkhitaryan could be back for Manchester United's blockbuster clash at Liverpool on Monday.
Both players were missed out on games for their countries during the international break but Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho is hoping the pair will be fit for Anfield.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has his own concerns over Adam Lallana, Dejan Lovren (both groin), Georginio Wijnaldum (hamstring), and Nathaniel Clyne (knee).
But Emre Can is likely to be at least on the bench after getting more training under his belt as he steps up his recovery from an ankle problem.
The fact the game is on Monday should allow United's South American stars more time to overcome their jet-lag, with Sergio Romero, Marcos Rojo and Antonio Valencia all having been away.
Mkhitaryan sat out Armenia's matches against Romania and Poland in his quest to get fully fit while Luke Shaw missed both England games.
However Phil Jones will miss out again with his knee complaint.
What time is it on?
The game kicks off on Monday October 17th at 8pm.
Where can I watch it?
The game will be shown live on Sky Sports 1, with coverage set to start at 7pm.
The show should be a belter, with rivals club legends Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher likely to be on Monday Night Football duty.
