FOR many, the formation of the Premier League will feel like just a few years ago, for the younger generations, it's all they've ever known.
Whichever bracket you fall under, the Prem is celebrating its 25th birthday in the 2016-17 season.
From Blackburn Rovers as champions to, well, Leicester City as champions with the 'Big Four' era of domination in the middle, it's been action-packed from 1992 to present day.
To celebrate the milestone, SunSport is combining an all-time, Premier League best XI - asking you to cast the final vote.
Every day, we will be bringing you a new position and asking you to pick your favourite in a series of polls.
At the end of it all, we'll bring you the results; the definitive SunSport Premier League XI from 1992 to 2016.

PERHAPS most well known for a spate of injuries severely hampering his career, on his day Anderton was a very good footballer.
Despite his knocks, he mustered an impressive 319 top flight games, including 12 seasons with Tottenham and two with Birmingham, netting 37 times.

THERE'S not much you can say about 'Golden Balls' that hasn't already been said, after his nine full seasons at Man United earned six Premier League titles.
His sweet right foot and ability from set-pieces was a key cog in Sir Alex Ferguson's system for nearly a decade, notching 265 appearances in the process, before he hopped around European giants, such as PSG, AC Milan and Real Madrid and of course MLS outfit the LA Galaxy.
DANNY MURPHY

HUGELY under-rated during his 15 seasons in the Premier League, Murphy was a key member of Gerard Houllier's Liverpool, before moving to Charlton.
After seven seasons with the Reds and two with the Addicks, he notched three at Tottenham and a further five with Fulham, as he reached a career total of 417 appearances.
GARY McALLISTER

SCOTTISH ace McAllister spent ten years in the Premier League, racking up 325 appearances.
After spells at Leeds and Coventry, he joined Liverpool where he was a key figure in leading Liverpool to their five trophies in 2001.

AS well as winning the Premier League in 2002 and 2004 - the latter as part of the 'Invincibles' - Ljungberg also won Player of the Season in the 2001-02 campaign.
The winger was part of a the formidable Arsenal team of the early 00s - making 241 appearances in nine seasons at the Gunners, as well as one at West Ham.
ARJEN ROBBEN
