ENGLAND –Southgate has been hampered with a string on injuries to key players in recent weeks and Ryan Bertrand was the latest to hobble off against Malta after just 19 minutes.

Danny Rose will replace him in the back four and Spurs team-mate Eric Dier looks set to return to action following injury.

Jesse Lingard could start after impressing on his debut against Malta whilst Adam Lallana and Raheem Sterling will both miss out.

Backup keeper Tom Heaton has pulled out with injury with Sunderland's Jordan Pickford called up as a replacement.
