To keep their academy starlets' feet firmly on the ground, director Jason Wilcox has brought in a rule where their young teens can only wear black boots - it is not known if Guardiola had a hand in the policy.

Kelechi Iheanacho is one of the best talents to emerge from City's academy as he is now an important member of Guardiola's first-team squad.
