CHELSEA have announced the signing of exciting teenager Omari Hutchinson from Arsenal.
The 18-year-old winger, who can also play as an attacking midfielder, turned down the chance to extend his stay at the Emirates.
Talks between the Gunners and the teenager broke down, resulting in the Blues swooping in to steal him away.
It is understood that the West London outfit offered the England youth international a higher salary.
Hutchinson, who has been compared to his new team-mate Raheem Sterling, once impressed Brazilian legend Pele.
The three-time World Cup winner, 81, was left dazzled by the youngster's skills at a freestyle competition, where he labelled him as "amazing".

Hutchinson was last in action for Arsenal just a week ago after scoring in the Under-23s' 3-2 pre-season defeat against Woking.
But after completing a medical at Chelsea, the club have confirmed his arrival.

"He is a brilliant addition who joins us as an exciting emerging talent hoping to make a quick impression in the senior game."
Hutchinson chipped in with six goals and as many assists in 17 Premier League 2 matches last campaign.
His fine form saw him promoted to first-team training midway through the campaign.
He was named on the bench in ten games, with eight coming in the Premier League, while he was also included in FA Cup and Carabao Cup clashes.
Though Hutchinson, who was in the dugout when Arsenal beat Chelsea 4-2 at Stamford Bridge, was an unused substitute in each match.
