CHELSEA had a £58million bid for Kalidou Koulibaly turned down.
Napoli chairman Aurelio De Laurentiis revealed Blues boss Antonio Conte made several offers for the centre-back, 25, over the summer.
De Laurentiis said: “They offered to me £30m, £35m, £40m, £45m, £50m. Then, two days before the closing of the market, I hear £58m.”
The Senegal star has now signed a new contract with the Serie A outfit until 2021.
Yet De Laurentiis admitted: “Koulibaly, this year, will remain here. Next year we will speak about it.”
