Raphinha touches down in Barcelona after sealing £57m transfer as Chelsea miss out on Leeds’ Brazil winger
BARCELONA have confirmed the signing of Raphinha from Leeds after the winger arrived in the city today.
The Spanish giants agreed a £57million fee with the Whites for the Brazilian.
Arsenal and Chelsea had been interested in a transfer this summer but Raphinha has had his heart set on a move to the Nou Camp for several months.
Raphinha will now undergo a medical before finalising his switch, according to a .
The 25-year-old has reportedly agreed a five-year deal with Barca with the final paperwork set to be completed.
He touched down in Spain and said in a message on the club's social media channels: "This is Raphinha and I am in Barcelona."
