Manchester United were rumoured to be lining up a massive £100million bid for Juventus player Paul Pogba as speculation over his future continued to increase.

The Frenchman eventually took Gareth Bales' tag as the world's most expensive player in a £109million deal.

BHS was still around

The British store had gone into administration before the appointment of Allardyce but it wasn't until last month that the last BHS store shut its doors.
