Sam Allardyce crisis: Arsene Wenger says Arsenal fans can sleep well over the club’s transfer behaviour
Gunners boss assures the fans that his conduct in the transfer market has been spotless after Big Sam revelations
ARSENE WENGER has told Arsenal fans they can "sleep well" at night knowing that the club have done all their transfers above board.
After revelations around Sam Allardyce being stung giving advice on how to get around rules on third party ownership of footballers.
But Wenger has steered clear of third-party owned players, like Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano were when they arrived at West Ham.
And with the storm around Allardyce only gathering pace with today's revelations in , Wenger has assured Arsenal fans over the integrity of their transfers.
He said: "In a proper way, I could write a book because I made about 300 transfers and every transfer is a story, even when you renew a contract it's a long story.
"I don't if you want always the truth to come out. I speak from myself, our fans can sleep well, that's all I can say. As for the rest, I just care about our own transfers.

"No, I have not been approached by anybody. No, why, are you to moralistic? When I work for my club I work 100 per cent to make every decision for the good of my club. So I don't think we're too moralistic, we want everybody to work genuinely for this club and I think that's completely normal, but the pressure is on everybody to do that in the right way.
"They say [revelations] will come out but it's not proven, at the moment it's only suggestions.
