FOOTBALL legend Diego Maradona is set to be sued by his ex-wife after yet another boy is claiming to be the illegitimate child of the Argentine superstar.
Shortly after Diego Junior, 29, was officially recognised by his father, a young 15-year-old boy called Santiago Lara is claiming he is also the son of the 55-year-old.
And now his ex-wife Claudia Villafane is suing him for moral damages because both the legitimate son Diego Junior and his alleged son Santiago were born while they were still married.
Villafane’s lawyer Fernando Burlando said on a local radio station: "We will soon start legal action [against Maradona] for moral damages over all these things appearing [in the press] about extramarital children.
"The appearance of the child is cause for complaint, whether or not he lied, because this does have to be associated with us."
According to the lawyer, the divorce terms were not in favour of Claudia.
Burlando said: "The best is to start legal action for moral damages after the appearance of these two extramarital children that could be a cause for Claudia to ask for some kind of compensation."
