ROBERT LEWANDOWSKI is turning up the heat on Bayern Munich after confirming he will leave the club.
The striker has a year left on his contract, but his agent is reportedly pressuring the German champions to begin negotiations with Barcelona.
It has been heavily rumoured that Lewandowski, 33, has been keen on a move to Xavi's side, as they look to challenge Real Madrid again at the peak of LaLiga.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano claimed the Polish international's agent, Pini Zahavi, is pushing for the club to open talks regarding his departure imminently.
Romano tweeted: "Lewandowski’s agent Zahavi will push with Bayern to open talks to sell him 'as soon as possible'. His main priority is still the same: Barcelona."
The Ballon D'or runner-up has enjoyed another stellar season this year, notching up 50 goals in just 46 games in all competitions.
