Man Utd ‘line up Aaron Wan-Bissaka replacement with RB Leipzig ace Nordi Mukiele a target but face competition from PSG’

MANCHESTER UNITED could swoop for RB Leipzig's Nordi Mukiele in their hunt to replace Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

But France right-back Mukiele, 24, is also wanted by PSG as his contract runs out this summer.

Wan-Bissaka's Old Trafford future looks increasingly in doubt.

Interim boss Ralf Rangnick has preferred Diogo Dalot recently for his increased attacking threat.

And SunSport exclusively revealed last week that ex-United manager Jose Mourinho is keen on Wan-Bissaka for Roma.

say the Red Devils have been checking on Mukiele.

Rangnick is rated a big admirer of the former Montpelier starlet.

And that means incoming United chief Erik ten Hag is likely to be given a clear steer towards the one-cap defender.

But French champions PSG reportedly regard Mukiele as potential back up for Achraf Hakimi.

It's also claimed, though, that Morocco hero Hakimi is unhappy with Mauricio Pochettino's men.

There were suggestions in March the ex-Inter Milan ace is 'fed up' as PSG's South American icons Lionel Messi and Neymar 'don't speak with him'.

Arsenal and Chelsea are thought to have come in for the 23-year-old previously.

But whatever happens with Mukiele, Wan-Bissaka is tipped to move on at the end of the season.

Apart from Roma, Atletico Madrid are interested and Crystal Palace would love to bring the 24-year-old back - albeit on loan.
