Arsenal vs Chelsea: Diego Costa, Cesc Fabregas and David Luiz put through their paces ahead of derby clash

Chelsea stars all hoping to line up at the Emirates on Saturday as Blues look to keep incredible unbeaten run going

CESC FABREGAS was at the centre of Antonio Conte’s attention during training as the midfielder bids to make his first league start of the season against Arsenal.

The Spaniard stole the show with two goals in the 4-2 EFL Cup win over Leicester on Tuesday.

And Fabregas is now hoping to be rewarded with a place against his old side as Chelsea bid to keep a highly-impressive unbeaten run going.

The Blues haven’t lost to Arsenal in nine league matches, with their last defeat coming in October 2011.

And Conte is sure to be aware of what’s at stake as he oversaw an intense training session at Cobham earlier today.

David Luiz was at the heart of the action and looks likely to keep his place in defence after Conte confirmed John Terry was still some way off a return from injury.

Cesar Azpilicueta’s face was full of determination as he led some of his teammates in movement and speed drills, while Diego Costa didn’t hold back as he dribbled with real intent during a practice match.

The striker has tormented Arsenal ever since arriving in west London and has already found the back of the net five times in the new campaign.

But midfielders including Nemanja Matic and Oscar are sure to be feeling the heat, with neither one impressing during Chelsea’s last league outing – a miserable 2-1 defeat to Liverpool at Stamford Bridge.
