‘He’s crying because it’s really expensive’ – Mourinho moved after Rodgers buys him his favourite bottle of wine
ROMA boss Jose Mourinho was left delighted after old pal Brendan Rodgers gifted him a bottle of his "favourite" Portuguese wine.
The Italian side travelled to the King Power Stadium to face Leicester in the first leg of their Europa Conference League semi-final clash.
Rodgers' Foxes were held to a 1-1 draw with a Gianluca Mancini own goal cancelling out Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini's first half strike.
Mourinho was chuffed to learn that old pal Rodgers had a "really expensive" bottle of Portuguese wine for him.
The pair worked together when Rodgers was a coach in Chelsea's academy during Mourinho's first spell at Stamford Bridge.
Mourinho insists Rodgers "is crying" because of how expensive the gift was.
