James Rodriguez ‘wants return to Europe’ and is willing to slash huge Qatar wages to seal transfer

The Colombian midfielder has a ‘desire to leave’ Qatar for Europe and his agent is working on a move

He arrived at the Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium for a fee of around £6.9million with wages said to be £200,000-a-week.

But claim that the Colombian has “communicated his desire to leave”.

He is represented by super agent Jorge Mendes, who is supposedly already working on a move.

Rodriguez’s move to the Middle East was a far cry from when he was one of the most sought-after talents in Europe following his World Cup Golden boot in 2014.
