JACK GREALISH is set to face more disciplinary action after becoming embroiled in another laughing gas storm.
The Aston Villa starlet was busted in April last year inhaling nitrous oxide from a balloon.
And he was filmed enjoying a wild night out with mates in Manchester nightclub Panacea, hours after Villa were hammered 4-0 by Everton.
The former Premier League club were relegated last season - and Grealish is seen as one of their brightest young stars.
But according to the - the 20-year-old woke up hotel guests with an early-hours party in a Birmingham hotel just hours after they drew 0-0 with Ipswich.
Their bash reportedly included balloons of nitrous oxide, or 'laughing gas' which scientists warn can be deadly.

NITROUS oxide is a legal drug used to numb pain, especially during dental work.
But when it is used recreationally it can make people feel euphoric and relaxed.
However, abusing the cas can be fatal as a lethal lack of oxygen can occur.
His friends have admitted that the balloons were present but deny that Grealish was inhaling from them.
Many had tipped midfield playmaker Grealish for a big move away from Villa Park following their Premier League relegation last season.
But question marks remain over his temperament and commitment to a career in football - the one thing some critics see as preventing him from getting to the top.
