Ralf Rangnick ‘will work just SIX DAYS per month in new Man Utd role’ as interim boss prepares for consultancy position
RALF RANGNICK will reportedly work just SIX DAYS per month when he takes up his role as a consultant at Manchester United.
The 63-year-old German is currently the club's interim manager until the end of the season.
But in the summer he will then move upstairs to begin a two-year consultancy role.
According to , this will consist of just 144 days work over the course of his contract.
That works out as less than one week per month.
It is thought Rangnick has not been involved in the search for Man Utd's next permanent manager.

Ajax boss Erik ten Hag and PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino are thought to be the frontrunners for the vacancy.
Ten Hag had reportedly emerged as the favourite after SunSport revealed secret dossiers confirmed he was the leading candidate.
The Dutchman has also already interviewed for the position.
With Pochettino there is the issue surrounding his existing deal with PSG.

It is claimed that the Ligue 1 leaders will have to pay the Argentine £12.5million if they wish to sack him in the summer.
Yet despite Ten Hag seemingly being the club's preferred choice, Man Utd's record scorer Wayne Rooney has backed former Spurs coach Pochettino to become the next manager.
He said on : "I think Pochettino has done it in the Premier League - he knows the Premier League.
"At Tottenham, he brought a lot of young players through, at Southampton as well [he] brought a lot of young players through.
"If I'm choosing from one of them two, that's who I'd choose. I'd go with Pochettino and give him time."
Aside from Ten Hag and Pochettino, Spain coach Luis Enrique and Sevilla boss Julen Lopetegui are also thought to be in the frame.
Man Utd look set to miss out on Champions League qualification as they currently sit sixth in the Premier League, three points adrift of the top four with eight games remaining.
