Everton announce £121m loss for last season as crisis club release devastating financial figures
CRISIS club Everton have released devastating financial figures showing they lost £121MILLION last season.
Frank Lampard’s Toffees are fighting a relegation battle after winning just SEVEN league games this season.
Everton also crashed out of the FA Cup in a 4-0 defeat to Crystal Palace this month.
But the outlook is just as bleak off the pitch.
Latest figures released by the Merseyside club show that they made a whopping £121m loss last term.
That means over the last three seasons, Everton are down nearly £373m, although the club partly blame that on the impact of Covid.

Even so, that’s more than any other top-flight club in the same period.
And should Everton be relegated to the Championship, losing their lucrative Premier League TV deal, the results could be devastating.
The Toffees have certainly not been frugal with their spending, with Transfermarkt estimating they’ve paid over £550m for new signings since 2016.
Everton’s current wage bill has also gone up by £17m to £182m - just £23m less than top-four chasers Tottenham.

However, the Goodison Park outfit are confident that owner Farhad Moshiri’s finances can keep them afloat.
And they are also confident of not breaking any Premier League financial regulations.
That's due to money being pumped into a new stadium, as well as Everton's women’s team and community charity project.
