BARCELONA proved their shock 2-1 home defeat to Alaves last week was nothing more than a blip as they romped to victory at newboys, Leganes.
Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar showed just why they are the most fearsome attack in world football as they combined to devastating effect.
There was even a chance for them to break another record as all three netted in the first-half for the first time.
Messi tapped in the opener after tremendous work from Suarez.
The Uruguayan bulldozed past the Leganes defence as he embarked on a lung-busting run down the right flank.
Both his strike partners were in acres of space in the box. but he opted for Messi who nearer.
The reigning Fifa Ballon d'Or winner was on hand to finish off — much to the delight of Luis Enrique.
And Messi repaid the favour just after the half hour as he laid the ball off for Suarez to pass into the back of net.

But the loudest cheer was saved for last.
Gabriel scored Leganes' historic first home goal with sumptuous free-kick.
And, despite being 5-1 down, the home fans were determined to enjoy the moment.
