Man City and Liverpool fans face Wembley travel nightmare with no trains for whole of FA Cup semi-final weekend
MANCHESTER CITY and Liverpool fans face a nightmare journey to Wembley for their FA Cup semi-final next month.
The two Premier League giants will go head to head at England's national stadium on the weekend of April 16/17.
But it has been confirmed on the that there will be no trains running for the whole of that Easter weekend.
The train's website read: "No trains to/from London Euston from Friday 15 to Monday 18 April."
That could make it difficult for many Man City and Liverpool fans to travel down to London for the game.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp said: "Four days? Cut off from the north? It won’t be the first time. I hope they can find the solution before then.”

Manchester City booked their place in the semis with a 4-1 win over Southampton at St Mary's.
Goals from Raheem Sterling, Kevin de Bruyne, Phil Foden and Riyad Mahrez handed the Premier League champions an emphatic victory.
Meanwhile, Liverpool were made to work much harder in their quarter-final tie.
They edged past Championship side Nottingham Forest 1-0 thanks to a late strike from Diogo Jota.
Jurgen Klopp's team are hoping to reach the FA Cup final for the first time since 2012.

And it has been even longer since the Reds lifted the oldest trophy in football.
Steven Gerrard inspired the Merseyside outfit to their last FA Cup triumph back in 2006.
Man City have won the competition on two occasions since then - in 2011 and 2019.
