Barcelona ‘will go all out for Man Utd and Arsenal target Kessie’ after agreeing transfer for Chelsea’s Christensen
BARCELONA are reportedly keen to make AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie their next signing after closing in on Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen.
It was reported on Tuesday that Christensen is set to complete a free transfer to the Catalan giants in the summer when his Blues deal expires - with an announcement expected in the coming days.
And are now claiming that Kessie is the next player on Barcelona's radar.
Manchester United and Arsenal have previously been linked with a move for the Ivory Coast international.
He has also been mooted as a potential target for Tottenham and Aston Villa.
But now it is understood Barca have joined the race to secure his signature as they look to obtain yet another player without paying a transfer fee.
Kessie's AC Milan contract expires in the summer.
And if Barca were to sign him then he would join Dani Alves and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as a high-profile star that the club have acquired on a free transfer.

Kessie has played 212 times for the Serie A giants, scoring 36 goals and providing a further 16 assists.
He may be asked to fill the void left by Sergi Roberto if the Spaniard departs the Nou Camp in the summer.
Roberto, 30, is someone Barca are prepared to allow to leave as they have been unable to agree upon a new deal.
This means he will be out of contract at the end of the campaign and is said to 'fancy a move to the Premier League'.
Arsenal have been linked with signing him, especially if Kessie opts to choose Barcelona.
Kessie is yet to win a major trophy in his career and may feel he has more opportunities to do so with the Spanish side.
Barca are currently going through a difficult spell after being dumped out of the Champions League group stages for the first time in 20 years.
And they are also third in the LaLiga table - a huge 15 points off leaders Real Madrid.
But they have still enjoyed more recent success than Milan - winning five league titles and the Champions League over the past decade.
