Old Firm derby: Philippe Senderos sent off on Rangers bow against Celtic following comical handball
Former Arsenal centre-back was thrust into line-up for fierce clash but struggled to cope with Brendan Rodgers' attackers
PHILIPPE SENDEROS was the butt of many jokes during his time at Arsenal.
The former Gunners centre-back used to come under heavy fire from fans for his costly mistakes, and was routinely terrorised by Chelsea legend Didier Drogba.
Senderos is now looking to pick up the pieces of his career at Rangers, but things haven’t gone too well on his debut for the Scottish giants.
The Swiss centre-back was thrust into the starting XI for his debut in the Old Firm derby against Celtic this afternoon.
But with his side 3-1 down, Senderos appeared to have had enough and received a second yellow for a comical handball.
