REECE Oxford is set to sign a new contract at West Ham and snub Manchester United and City.
The 17-year-old burst onto the scene last season and is regarded as a future England star.
The Hammers have been trying to tie him down to a new deal over the summer, and terms are close to being agreed.
A West Ham source said: “There is no agreement confirm with Oxford, but there is no issues.
“His basic wage will increase along with clauses for appearances and England call-ups and the like.

“Oxford is one of the most highly sought-after young players in the country and we’re sure he’ll stay with West Ham.
Oxford was a £10m target by both Manchester clubs in the summer.
They sent scouts to watch him play at the European Championships for the England Under-19s.
The Three Lions youth ace’s current deal at West Ham does not run out until 2019
He came through the Hammers academy in 2014 and has made seven first-team appearances.
