WATFORD have terminated the season-long loan of midfielder Ozan Tufan.
The Turkish midfielder arrived from Fenerbahce under Xisco Munoz last summer.
But after failing to make an impact, he has been sent back to Turkey by new Hornets boss Roy Hodgson.
Tufan, 26, made nine appearances for Watford.
He made his first Premier League start against Leeds in October, only for Munoz to be sacked the next day.
The 65-cap international then featured intermittently under Claudio Ranieri before falling out of favour.
He was an unused substitute for the final three Premier League games of the Italian's reign.
Following the arrival of Hodgson, 74, Tufan has been deemed surplus to requirements.

Rather than head back out on loan, Fenerbahce have confirmed that he will re-enter their first-team squad for the remainder of the season.
He has made 174 first-team appearances for the Turkish giants to date, with the most recent coming last August.
Tufan has just under 18 months remaining on his contract.
