LEICESTER have joined the host of clubs considering a January swoop for Norwich’s Todd Cantwell.
The Canaries want around £15m for Cantwell, whose contract expires in the summer.
Liverpool, Tottenham, Newcastle, Leeds and Roma are also keeping tabs on the wideman’s situation.
But if no club meets the valuation and agrees a deal in the current window, it is believed that Norwich intend to trigger the option to keep the former England Under-21 international for another year.
Cantwell, 23, fell out of favour under former Carrow Road boss Daniel Farke after failing to regain form following back and Achilles problems.
The Norfolk-born local lad has not managed to find the back of the net this season, nor provide an assist.
New head coach Dean Smith has given the academy graduate two starts since replacing Farke.
But his future appears to lie elsewhere and the right offer could see him leave in the coming weeks to make a fresh start.

With a comparative lack of investment at Carrow Road, the club could look to sell their homegrown star in order to raise the cash needed to support their survival bid.
The Canaries face Charlton Athletic in the FA Cup on Sunday and a good performance from Cantwell could add value to his transfer tag.
Cantwell had scored six goals in the 2019-20 Premier League season and was a key player as Norwich won the Championship last term.
