MARTIN SKRTEL saw red against England after a horror stamp on Spurs striker Harry Kane.

The hot-headed centre-back was booked in the first half and got away with a number of little fouls as he and the Three Lions forward tussled all match.

But just before the hour mark he snapped and after bringing down Kane from behind, stamped on the England man's ankle - right in front of the referee.

It was a nasty moment that turned the game on it's head, giving England the chance to finally push forward after a tepid first-half.

Fans took to Twitter to bash Skrtel for his moment of madness.
