Manchester United’s Bastian Schweinsteiger left out of Jose Mourinho’s Europa League squad
German suffers fresh blow as new Old Trafford boss does not include him in 27-man list for Euro campaign
BASTIAN SCHWEINSTEIGER hopes of playing for Manchester United have taken another blow as he was left out of their Europa League squad.
The ex-Germany captain was named in their 25-man Premier League squad on Friday and is eligible for domestic fixtures.
Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho has already made it clear to the former Bayern Munich man that he does not figure in his plans.
He has yet to feature under the Portuguese and has been training with the club's reserve side.
And the World Cup winner is set for more misery following his Euro omission.
