MARIO BALOTELLI’S Liverpool nightmare has come to an end after the striker completed his move to Nice.
The French minnows won the race for Balotelli’s signature after he was kept out of Jurgen Klopp’s plans for the new season.
The former Manchester City star has already been celebrating his impending Anfield exit, and also had a solid offer on the table from Swiss side FC Sion.
And reports are claiming his switch will be a free transfer - not the loan which was initially believed.
That means Liverpool will not have to pay off the striker and can finally unload his wages.
The Italian has passed a medical but the talks have not been simple.
Balotelli allegedly made out that Nice were lucky to be signing him during initial discussions, putting the French side off.
