Nottingham Forest favourites for Adam Idah loan transfer as Norwich push to give Ireland ace first-team experience
YOUNG Republic of Ireland striker Adam Idah could be sent out on loan by Norwich.
And Nottingham Forest are favourites to land him.
Idah, 20, has been unable to get much game time with 72 Premier League minutes across nine substitute appearances.
The Canaries think he would be better off with regular action in the Championship.
Norwich are set to recall Jordan Hugill from West Brom to fill the vacancy in their squad.
He has had a mixed spell on loan and the Baggies are in the market for a new forward.
Meanwhile Forest are making checks on Scotland centre-half John Souttar at Hearts in case they have bids for Joe Worrall.
Forest have joined Stoke and Scotland’s big two Rangers and Celtic in the queue for Souttar, 25.

His contract expires at the end of the season.
Worrall may attract a big offer next month and Forest want to know what cheap and available options are out there.
Blackburn are also on the edge of the Souttar race in case they have an offer for skipper Darragh Lenihan.
