Manchester United transfer news: Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo set to be shown the door by Jose Mourinho
Valencia prepare £10m move to bring the out of favour Argentine to La Liga
MARCOS ROJO is set to leave Manchester United after being told he is surplus to requirements by Jose Mourinho, according to reports.
The Argentine defender has yet to feature on the Portuguese this season and Valencia are preparing a move to bring him to Spain.
Rojo is seen by the La Liga outfit as the ideal man to help bolster their defence with the expected departure of Shkodran Mustafi to Arsenal over the coming days.
Valencia owner Peter Lim, who is business partners with United legends such as the Gary and Phil Neville, Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs, has a good relationship with the north west club.
And according to Spanish publication Deporte Valenciano, this will help him complete a £10.26million for the versatile 26-year-old.

Despite being hampered by injuries during his time at Old Trafford, he has still made 53 appearances for the club, but is unlikely to make any more under Mourinho.
