Manchester City transfer news: Odds slashed on Joe Hart to Sunderland but Everton and Liverpool remain favourites

BOOKIES have slashed the odds on Joe Hart moving to Sunderland.

The goalkeeper clearly has no future at Manchester City after Pep Guardiola spent £17m to bring Claudio Bravo to the Etihad from Barcelona.

Everton remain the favourites, according to , but odds on Hart moving to the Etihad have considerably lengthened after Ronald Koeman's comments on Thursday.

The Dutchman said he had "no interest" in the England No 1.

The Toffees are still at 5/2 - having been 8/13 - level with rivals Liverpool.

Hart would love to play for Jurgen Klopp's side and has told the Reds he will take a pay cut to push through a move to Anfield.

Hart is currently paid £150,000-a-week, but Klopp has Simon Mignolet as his No 1 and spent nearly £5m to bring in back-up Loris Karius from Stuttgart this summer.

Spanish club Sevilla are third according to bookies at 6/1.

However, it is David Moyes' Sunderland who have made up the most ground overnight.

The Black Cats sat at 25/1 but are now at 8/1 to be Hart's next club.

The 29-year-old is desperate for first-team football so that he can keep his place as England No 1 under new Three Lions boss Sam Allardyce.
