GARETH BALE, Cristiano Ronaldo and Antoine Griezman have are gearing up to find out who they will play in the Champions League.

The trio all starred in May's final in Milan - as Real Madrid beat Atletico on penalties - before each going on to take the Euros by storm.

Bale is hoping to win his third European Cup in his hometown stadium - with Cardiff's Principality Stadium aka the Millennium Stadium, set to host the showpiece final.

The 75,000-seater ground is well known to have one of the best atmospheres in Europe and after hosting six FA Cup finals while the new Wembley was being built, the Welsh capital finally hosts the biggest single game in European club football.

Real Madrid ace Bale, 27, posted on Instagram: "En route to Monaco for the @uefachampionsleague draw!"

Meanwhile Ronaldo has decided to fly out with his entourage, including agent Jorge Mendes.

He posted: "On our way."

France star Griezmann, who was on the losing side with Atletico was snapped by a chopper and on a plane by his club.

Atleti said: "@AntoineGriezmann sends you greetings from Nice. Next stop, Monaco! #UefaBestPlayer"

The draw is scheduled to take place at 5pm in the UK, where the trio will be nominated for the UEFA Best Player in Europe award.

Bale told Uefa's website: "After winning the first Champions League, I knew the Super Cup was in Cardiff, so it was an amazing moment for me personally.

"But to have the Champions League final in my home town is an even bigger motivation.

"Everybody is mad for football, especially after the European Championship where we were able to perform so well.

"I think the city of Cardiff itself is growing and is now attracting big sporting events."
