Former Manchester United forward extends his deal with Eddie Howe's Premier League side
JOSH KING has signed a new four-year contract at Bournemouth.
He only joined Eddie Howe’s side last summer from Blackburn after they won promotion to the Premier League.
King bagged seven goals for the Cherries to finish top scorer during his first campaign at the Vitality Stadium and he has been rewarded with an improved and extended deal.
He said: "I came here because of the gaffer and I've been with him here a year now.
"I just have a big belief in him and I know that he's the best manager with his staff to improve me as a football player.”
The Norwegian international, speaking to the club’s website, added: "We proved last season that we're good enough to stay in the league and now we need to move on and try to climb the table even higher and finish above where we were last season."
