That's what Wanda Nara claimed happened as she posted a swimsuit selfie for her 8million Instagram followers.
The football agent and model, who is married to PSG striker Mauro icardi, has a freestyle when it comes to her own photos - with a wide variety of pool-side poses in bikinis.
But this time her confident look had more of a pout than a swimming smile as she added a melancholy message.
The Argentinian TV presenter wrote: "First swimming class and no one came" - followed by an emoji of a woman shrugging her shoulders.
But it might be fellow countryman Icardi who is in troubled waters this summer - after PSG signed Barcelona legend Lionel Messi.
Former Inter Milan star Icardi, 28, was already playing third-fiddle in attack behind Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

And if he slips further out of the spotlight he could soon be playing the triangle rather than making sweet music for the French giants.
Both Wanda, 34, and Icardi have been putting in the gym hours.
And when she posted pics of her workout routine last month, she added another one of her enigmatic messages.
Looking gritty in pink, as she toiled hard for her body-toning, Wanda wrote: "To apologize I have to be drunk, but those who do not drink we do not forgive."

That sounds a rum type of expression.
But now she is focused on a different type of liquid - as she learns to swim.
Let's just hope Wanda is more forgiving to those who did not turn up for her first lesson... and that it's now water Wanda the bridge.
