CRISTIANO RONALDO is back from his holiday and has shared some snaps of him doing light training with his son ahead of the new season.

The Real Madrid ace is recovering from the knee injury which he picked up in the first-half of the final of Euro 2016, which Portugal went on to win in shock fashion.

Ronaldo, who is expected to miss the start of the La Liga season, posted a video on his Instagram account of him on an exercise bike while young Cristiano Jr, 6, jogs alongside his father.

Ronaldo said in the clip: "Hi guys, I am here doing a little bit of bike with Cristiano here on the treadmill.

"We are done with ice cream, now it's time to work baby!"

The 31-year-old had been in his holidays in the US and Ibiza, where he had been pictured cosying up to a string of stunners, including fitness babe Cassandre Davis, Mexican actress Eiz Gonzalez, and a mystery brunette.

Real boss Zinedine Zidane has revealed that fans must be patient as the superstar makes his recovery.

He said: “Right now he still has his injury.

“Obviously he wants to be back but we need patience and for him to be calm. He will be back with us soon in Madrid.”
