Dean Henderson ruled OUT of Man Utd’s pre-season Scotland training camp after catching Covid three weeks ago
DEAN HENDERSON has been ruled out of Manchester United's training camp in Scotland this week after recently contracting COVID-19.
The 24-year-old, who reported for pre-season training three weeks ago, tested positive later that week and is still feeling unwell.
The keeper, who made 26 appearances last term, was forced to withdraw from England's Euro 2020 squad in June due to a hip problem.
Yet Henderson has recovered from injury and it is coronavirus that has kept him out of United's friendlies with Derby County, QPR, and Brentford.
The Three Lions star's comeback has now taken a further blow after the Red Devils confirmed he has been suffering from prolonged fatigue.

A club statement read: “Dean Henderson will miss Manchester United’s Scotland training camp while he continues his recovery from prolonged fatigue after contracting a COVID-19 infection three weeks ago.
“He is expected to be training again soon.”
Henderson's situation means he faces a fight to be fit for United's opener against Leeds United on August 14.
SunSport previously reported that David de Gea had cut his holidays short in a desperate bid to regain his status as the club's No1.
The Spaniard ended last season behind Henderson in the battle to be Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first-choice keeper.

The Norwegian rotated the pair last term but De Gea finished the campaign on a low note in the Europa League final loss to Villarreal.
The 30-year-old sat on the bench for Spain at the Euros and was not due to report from his summer break until the start of August.
Meanwhile, new signing Tom Heaton and Lee Grant have both made appearances in United's other pre-season friendlies this summer.
