Premier League clubs prepare to fight for Jese Rodriguez after Real Madrid agree to let him leave
Spaniard wants first team football as clubs start battle for his signature
A HOST of Premier League clubs have been alerted after exciting Real Madrid forward Jese Rodriguez has asked to leave the Bernabeu.
The 23-year-old wants more first team football after starting just seven matches in La Liga last season.
Premier League giants Liverpool and Arsenal have shown previous interest in the talented forward but he is likely to have no shortage in suitors across Europe with news of his availability.
Former Chelsea and Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti once described Jese as "an insane talent" and like James Rodiguez, failed to get off the subs bench during the Champions League final victory over Atletico Madrid.
And the arrival of Alvaro Morata looks set to push Jese further down the pecking order.
The future is also unclear for Madrid teammate Rodriguez.
The Colombian has been a fringe player under Zidane and despite an unnamed club bidding £70 million for his signature, the attacking midfielder has emphasised his desire to stay and fight for his place in the first team.
