Barnsley 0 Everton 3: Ross Barkley brace helps seal comfortable win for the Toffees
Ronald Koeman will be delighted after first match in the dugout
ROSS BARKLEY took his frustration out on Barnsley as Ronald Koeman began his Everton era with a win.
Barkley, 22, failed to get a look-in for Roy Hodgson’s England during the Euros.
But the midfielder shone in his second-half cameo at Oakwell in manager Koeman’s first game.
Kevin Mirallas’ first-half free-kick opened the scoring before Barkley’s pass freed Gerard Deulofeu to net after the break.
Barkley then fizzed a shot home from long range to complete the scoring against the Championship new boys.
