Southampton defender was a key player for Fernando Santos' victorious Euro 2016 squad
JOSE FONTE has revealed he is taking a well-earned rest on the Greek island of Mykonos with his family.
The Southampton defender, 32, became a key player for Portugal in their victorious campaign at Euro 2016 - playing all four knockout matches after sitting on the bench during the group stage.
The Saints skipper revealed he is currently on holiday with Wag Cassie Sumner and son Luca at the Myconian Ambassador - a 5-star hotel where rooms can go for up to £1,200-per-night.
The centre-back, who has been with the South Coast club since they were in League One in 2009, posed in the same shorts as his son.
Fonte has clearly been enjoying celebrations in recent days, posting numerous pictures on Instagram of the celebrations in Portugal.
